This newly created leadership role sits in the second line of defence and focuses on governing technology, cyber, data and information risks within the enterprise risk framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk and compliance governance within regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to communicate complex risk concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line oversight across operational risk, compliance and resilience activities.
• Support development and enhancement of enterprise risk management frameworks and governance arrangements.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve risk identification, assessment and treatment processes.
• Provide oversight of cyber, data and information risk management from an enterprise risk perspective.
• Contribute to operational resilience, business continuity and incident management programs.
• Support design and implementation of effective risk and compliance controls across key processes.
• Deliver risk reporting and insights to executive and board-level stakeholders.
• Assist with assurance activities, audit remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a strong risk culture through coaching and stakeholder engagement.
