Job summary

Goldstar Transport is seeking an experienced Off-site Supervisor to lead our contract site in Maddington. You will coordinate transport logistics, schedule vehicles and staff, and ensure high safety and service standards across operations.

You will manage day-to-day offsite activities, drive performance improvements, and maintain effective communication with clients and team members, while upholding our safety-first culture and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in transport and scheduling operations.
• Experience managing a team or supervising staff.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership and clear communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day offsite operations.
• Plan and manage transport logistics and scheduling of vehicles and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and implement solutions.
• Undertake other ad hoc duties as required.
