The Royal Women’s Hospital in Parkville, Victoria, is seeking a Theatre Technician to join the Operating Suite. You will provide technical care to women and babies within a multidisciplinary team and support surgical outcomes in a 24/7 operating environment.
The role involves direct patient care in perioperative services, equipment checks, and collaboration with anaesthetists, surgeons, and nursing staff. Experience in theatre settings is preferred, with five weeks annual leave and salary

The Operating Suite provides surgical services 24 hours per day, seven days a week and consists of 7 operating theatres including one dedicated emergency theatre and, a day procedure theatre. Surgical specialties include obstetrics, gynaecology, urogynaecology, breast, IVF and oncology.
As a Theatre Technician you will be responsible for providing technical care to women and their families within a multidisciplinary team environment, working collegially with other health professionals. You will work in our operating theatres and, you will provide patient focused care for women and babies. The care provided is evidence based and directed to improving the surgical outcomes for women and their families.
