Qualifications

• 5-10+ years' experience in road and highway design.
• Advanced proficiency in OpenRoads Designer.
• Experience delivering projects for MRWA.
• Strong understanding of MRWA Road Design Guidelines Austroads Guide to Road Design

Responsibilities

• Design and develop road and highway infrastructure using OpenRoads Designer.
• Prepare concept, preliminary and detailed design deliverables for highways, intersections, local roads and major transport projects.
• Produce alignments, corridors, cross-sections, earthworks models and design documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with MRWA standards, Austroads guidelines and relevant Australian Standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including drainage, structures, traffic and utilities.
• Participate in design reviews, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support BIM and digital engineering requirements
