Job summary

Beefy's is a proudly Queensland-owned, multi-award-winning business operating 16 boutique Pie Bakery stores across South East Queensland and NSW. The Customer Service Assistant will join our Kawana store on a casual basis with potential to transition to a permanent full-time role.

Shifts include early starts from 4:00am and a finish around 7:00pm, on a rotating Monday–Sunday roster. We offer pastry per shift, staff discounts, ongoing training and a supportive team, with opportunities to progress

Qualifications

• Exemplary customer service oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Barista experience or coffee knowledge is advantageous.
• Cash handling experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain clean and presentable service areas and store.
• Support the Store Manager and guide junior team members.
• Present products well and help achieve store KPIs.
