Job summary

Banjo’s is seeking a motivated Baker to join the Burpengary team in Queensland. You’ll be part of the Production Team, producing wholesome, handcrafted baked goods daily and collaborating with Sales to manage stock levels.

Shifts run 2am–3pm, 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays, offering flexible and diverse experience with a supportive environment. Full training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience producing quality baked goods.
• Reliable with good organisation and communication.
• Team player with willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Produce great tasting baked goods, fresh every day.
• Work with Production Team to uphold high-quality standards.
• Communicate with Sales Team to monitor product levels.
• Follow WHS practices to keep yourself and teammates safe.
