Qualifications

• Experience leading open pit mining operations.

• Solid knowledge of mining legislation, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to site-based teams and contractors.
• Manage mining activities to achieve production and cost objectives.
• Support mine planning and operational execution.
• Monitor performance and drive improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and resource planning.
• Develop workforce capability through coaching and mentoring.
