Job summary

Evolution Mining, Cowal Gold Operations, is seeking an experienced Ancillary Operator for our Open Cut Mining team. You will safely operate heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, graders and water carts to meet production targets and maintain logs using Minestar GPS.

Join a high-performing crew, with a focus on safety, teamwork and efficiency. A valid manual Australian driver’s licence and open-pit mining experience are essential, with relocation to West Wyalong supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months open-pit mining or quarry production experience.
• Valid Australian manual driver’s licence.
• Ability to work a panelled roster.
• Strong safety focus and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pit conditions and haul road construction.
• Windrow/bunding and stockpile management.
• Drainage management and dewatering support.
• Complete tasks from Dispatch/Production on time.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and report hazards.
