Job summary

Talison Lithium's Greenbushes Lithium Operation in Western Australia is seeking a site supervisor to lead on-site project work, coordinating subcontractors and materials to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position on a 7:7 roster with accommodation options. You will report to the Construction Superintendent and drive safe, efficient project execution on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Current C class Drivers Licence.
• Experience with computerised maintenance management systems and planning.
• VOC in Vehicle Hygiene.
• Competent Person Appointment – Plant inspector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily communications with Contractors to ensure that work goals are met.
• Assist with the development and delivery of shift prestart meetings.
• Conduct Statutory Workshop Inspections and assist with work scope planning.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency and safety.
• Interpret company policies and enforce safety regulations.
• Ensure work is carried out within budgeted parameters.
• Identify skills required to meet online/offline requirements and ensure their availability.
• Diagnose and test malfunctioning equipment in line with OME guidelines.

Full Time Position

About The Role

Reporting to the Construction Superintendent, the successful candidate will supervise site project work in line with the operating requirements of the site and provide on-site coordination of projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding safely, on schedule and on time.

This is a permanent, full-time position working an attractive 7:7 roster in Greenbushes, with accommodation options available.

• VOC in Vehicle Hygiene; and
• Competent Person Appointment – Plant inspector.

Mandatory Requirements

• Hold a current Section 26 (S26) qualification under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA) (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
