Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will provide strong leadership and strategic direction to a team executing the mine plan safely and efficiently, with a hands-on approach to continuous improvement.

The role requires an Open Cut Examiners (OCE) Certificate of competency, plus experience supervising frontline personnel, a solid grasp of HSEC

Qualifications

• Open Cut Examiners (OCE) Certificate is essential.
• Experience supervising frontline personnel.
• Strong understanding of HSEC standards and statutory requirements.
