Job summary

Macmahon is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and supervise maintenance crews across an open-cut mining site. The role focuses on planned and breakdown maintenance to maximise equipment reliability, availability and site performance.

You will work closely with planning and HSEQT teams to drive safe, compliant and efficient maintenance outcomes. Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance, you will mentor teams, coordinate work orders, and contribute to continuous improvement while

• Proven leadership experience supervising maintenance teams in open-cut mining.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Sound planning, troubleshooting and decision-making with focus on reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance crews to safely execute planned and breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor equipment performance, reliability and availability to maximise fleet utilisation.
• Ensure maintenance work orders and schedules align with site requirements.
• Promote safe work practices and proper care of mobile plant and equipment.
• Support planning, scheduling and defect management to achieve objectives.
• Coach and develop team members and foster a culture of accountability.
