Job summary

Extend Group is seeking an OOSH Relief Service Coordinator in Bowral to lead engaging activities, manage daily operations, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for children.

You will plan science experiments, sports, and arts, supervise staff, and coordinate with training and compliance teams to deliver high-quality programs.

Qualifications

• A Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, School Aged Care, Youth Work, or related field.
• Diploma/degree in relevant childcare field under consideration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and program engaging activities including science experiments, sports, and arts.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Prepare healthy, tasty snacks to keep energy levels up.
• Collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager on assessments with compliance support.
• Engage with stakeholders to build integrated OOSH programs.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations to ensure smooth delivery.

About your service: Enjoy the variety and flexibility of working in our fantastic service at Bowral, ! You’ll have the opportunity to support services, making a real impact while broadening your OOSH leadership experience.

Hourly Rate: $47- $50 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $2.07- $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

• Before School Care: 6:45 AM- 8:45 AM.
• After School Care: 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
• Hours: Monday to Friday. 3-5 shifts fortnightly.
• Travel: Work close to home
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

As our OOSH Relief Service Coordinator you will:

• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OOSH programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day \"business\" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
