Extend After School Care is hiring a regional OOSH leader to oversee multiple services. You will manage safety, compliance, and quality outcomes while empowering educators to deliver engaging experiences for children.

This role requires strong stakeholder communication with school leadership and families, plus ACECQA-approved qualifications. You’ll travel across the region four days a week, with hybrid flexibility including admin from home and periodic team gatherings with the Melbourne HQ.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing people in Education or Childcare.
• ACECQA approved qualifications or higher in Child Care/education.
• Clear ability to engage with school leadership and families.

Responsabilidades

• Visit services four days a week to manage safety, compliance, and quality outcomes.
• Lead and empower OOSH teams to deliver excellent child experiences.
• Support services through Assessment & Rating with the compliance unit (TEG Compass).
• Coordinate with Head Office to align regional needs with principals and families.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and build a supportive network.
• Identify growth opportunities and raise service standards across sites.
• Conduct regular educator appraisals to drive high performance.
