Job summary

The Extend Group in Adelaide, South Australia, invites applications for a Regional OSHC Programs Manager. You will visit services four days a week to drive safety, compliance, and quality, while coaching OSHC teams for peak performance. Support from a compliance unit ensures ratings preparation and stakeholder alignment.

You will work a purposeful hybrid schedule, handle admin from home, and join the team monthly in Melbourne for head office connection. Two weeks of training kick off the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing people (ideally in Education or Childcare).
• ACECQA approved qualifications, such as a Diploma or higher in Child Care, Education, youth work or Community Services.
• Valid Driver’s License and own car (car allowance provided).
• Working with Children Check, First Aid (HLTAID012), and Child Protection Training are required.

Responsibilities

• Four days a week visiting your services to manage safety, compliance, and quality outcomes.
• Improve OSHC service performance by empowering staff and aligning with regional goals.
• Guide services through Assessment & Rating with support from our compliance unit TEG Compass.
• Act as the regional bridge between schools, families, and Head Office to deliver integrated OSHC programs.

• Location: Adelaide, South Australia (Hybrid / Mobile).
• Package: Base: Base: $77,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience), plus 12% superannuation. Plus, a generous travel allowance to keep you moving across your region.

What You Bring to the Mix
