Job summary

Extend After School Care is seeking a regional OSHC leader to manage four days a week visiting services across the region, ensuring safety, compliance and high-quality experiences for children. You will empower local teams, coach educators, and coordinate with our compliance unit to support assessments and ratings.

You will report to the National Programs Manager and enjoy a purposeful hybrid role with travel across the region, training up front, and supportive leadership plus professional

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing people in Education or Childcare.
• Ability to engage with school leadership, families, and educators.
• ACECQA approved qualifications (Diploma or higher) in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Visit services four days a week to ensure safety, compliance and quality outcomes.
• Empower OSHC teams to lead with confidence and enhance child experiences.
• Guide services through Assessment & Rating with support from our compliance unit.
• Be the regional bridge, aligning needs of principals and families with Head Office expertise.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and build a supportive network.
• Show region growth, celebrate wins, and identify opportunities to raise service standards.
• Drive high performance across sites through educator appraisals.
