Job summary

Coastwide Child and Family Services Ltd in Gosford is seeking an experienced OOSH Nominated Supervisor to join our leadership team. You will guide educators, ensure regulatory compliance and lead multi-site operations with a collaborative, supportive approach.

This role offers part-time 0.6 FTE with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow as our services expand. Applicants should have a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, strong knowledge of NQF/NQS, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in OOSH, including operational or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standard.
• Practical experience in OOSH or ECE compliance, child safety and supervision.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A positive, approachable leadership style and the confidence to guide teams across multiple services.
• Diploma qualification in Children's Services, Early Childhood Education and Care, or a recognised equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
• Ability to travel between services as required.
• Previous experience as a Nominated Supervisor or in a multi-site leadership role is highly regarded but not essential.

About the Role

We're looking for a confident, supportive leader who enjoys working with people and has a st understanding of OOSH operations.

You’ll bring:

• Child safe training, up-to-date Geccko training
• Current Working with Children Check
