Job summary

Sharp & Carter seeks an experienced Systems Analyst to join the Townsville tech team. The role focuses on supporting a large application environment, with emphasis on TechnologyOne, Kris 21 and SQL Server, including incident resolution and vendor coordination.

The role requires onsite work in Townsville, strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to liaise with multiple vendors and stakeholders across IT services.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with TechnologyOne is essential.
• Experience with Kris 21 and Microsoft SQL Server administration.
• Microsoft SQL Server DBA certification or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on application support across a large environment.
• Support TechnologyOne and Kris 21 applications and SQL Server.</li>
• Administer SQL Server environments and troubleshoot database issues.
• Coordinate releases, testing, deployments and post-release support.
• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
