Job summary

Sharp and Carter in Townsville seeks a Systems Analyst to join our technology team. This hands-on role supports a large, complex application environment with focus on SQL Server, vendor management, releases and system maintenance.

You will work with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot, debug, and implement improvements across TechnologyOne and Kris 21, ensuring reliable operation and timely incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
• Experience with TechnologyOne and Kris 21 is essential.
• Strong SQL Server administration and debugging skills.
• Proven vendor management and incident coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ITIL/service management principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on application support across a large multi-app environment.
• Troubleshoot TechnologyOne and Kris 21 applications.
• Administer and support MS SQL Server environments.
• Investigate, debug and resolve complex issues.
• Monitor performance and identify recurring issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage incidents and releases.
• Maintain configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Assist with changes, deployments and post-release support.
