Chandler Macleod isthrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Onsite Manager to work n-site with our client in Kemps Creek. In this pivotal role, you will drive our operations forward while cultivating a fun, engaging, and productive culture within the team.

The Role

Your leadership will be key to our success, helping the team meet performance and staffing management goals while enjoying a dynamic and supportive work environment. We are looking for someone with a strong operational background, a hands‑on approach, and a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence. Hours will be business hours but as the client site operates 24/7 remote support for the team may be required.
