Chandler Macleod is seeking an Onsite Consultant in Craigieburn to support a fast-paced warehouse team of up to 200 employees. The role features a night shift and a rotating roster, commencing ASAP, with Week 1: Wed-Sat 1700-0400 and Week 2: Thu-Sat 1700-0400.

You will engage candidates, manage attendance, and lead safety initiatives while coordinating administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

We are excited to announce an amazing opportunity for an Onsite Consultant to join our dedicated team at our client in Craigieburn. This client is a globally recognised leader in e-commerce and innovation. As the onsite representative for Chandler Macleod, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of a fast-paced warehouse environment, helping manage and support a team of up to 200 employees.

We currently have 1 position available, covering anight shift with the role commencing ASAP. This role will be a rotating roster as noted below

Week 1
Wednesday - Saturday 1700 - 0400
Week 2
Thursday - Saturday 1700 - 0400

As an Onsite Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:

• Engaging and building relationships with candidates
• Leading proactive safety initiatives and to create a safe work environment
• Managing attendance and rosters for a large workforce
• Overseeing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate database records
