Chandler Macleod is seeking an enthusiastic Onsite Manager to work on-site with our client in Kemps Creek. You will lead operations, drive performance, and cultivate a fun, engaging culture within the team.

The role requires a strong operational background, a hands-on approach, and a proven track record of motivating teams. Hours are business hours; remote support may be required to cover 24/7 client-site operations.

In this pivotal role, you will drive our operations forward while cultivating a fun, engaging, and productive culture within the team.

Your leadership will be key to my success, helping the team meet performance and staffing management goals while enjoying a dynamic and supportive work environment. We are looking for someone with a strong operational background, a hands-on approach, and a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence. Hours will be business hours but as the client site operates 24/7 remote support for the team may be required.
