Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking an enthusiastic Onsite Consultant to be based on client sites in Moorebank or Horsley Park, Sydney. You will lead a large workforce, manage rosters, and drive service delivery with a safety-first culture.

You’ll engage regularly with employees, liaise with the client, and provide timely workforce reporting. The role suits a hands-on leader with strong planning, communication, and analytical skills in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in employee engagement and relationship management.
• Experience in workforce planning, rostering, and operational coordination in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical capability, with a high level of attention to detail in reporting and data management.
• Background in supply chain and logistics environments highly regarded.
• Ability to influence outcomes through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with employees to support retention, attendance, and overall workforce wellbeing.
• Act as a onsite liaison for the client, ensuring effective communication and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage and maintain workforce rosters for a large workforce, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on workforce metrics, performance, and KPIs.
• Monitor and support recruitment and workforce utilisation targets through proactive planning and coordination.
• Maintain a strong safety-first approach, reinforcing compliance and promoting a positive safety culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
