UGL Limited is seeking a Safety Advisor for the Narrogin Wind Farm in WA. The role involves on-site safety support across civil, erection, electrical and transmission works, partnering with construction teams to identify risks and uphold high safety standards on a major WA renewable project.

You will report to the Site HSE Manager, work on a 10:4 roster with meals and accommodation provided, and contribute to a long-term safety culture while advancing your career within UGL's energy projects.

Formación

• Previous experience as an HSE Advisor or Safety Advisor in construction/high‑risk projects.
• Experience across construction, civil, infrastructure, power, utilities, mining or oil & gas sectors.
• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Spend time in the field performing site walks and inspections to identify hazards and ensure controls.
• Provide practical safety advice to supervisors, contractors and crews.
• Support pre-starts, toolbox talks and day-to-day safety conversations on site.
• Assist incident reporting and investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE documentation and help foster a positive safety culture on site.
