Job summary

UGL Group in regional Western Australia is seeking an Environmental Advisor to join the wind farm construction team. This hands-on, field-based role supports environmental management on site, inspections, and compliance across the project, working alongside construction crews and subcontractors to deliver responsible environmental outcomes.

You don’t need wind farm experience, just practical site experience in construction, infrastructure, resources, energy or data centres, with the confidence

Qualifications

• Site-based environmental experience across construction, infrastructure, resources, energy, renewables or data centres.
• Good understanding of environmental approvals, compliance requirements and environmental management plans.
• Experience with site inspections, monitoring and environmental risk management.
• Confident working directly with construction teams, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Practical and proactive, with the confidence to work independently in a busy project environment.

Responsibilities

• Support CEMP’s, project controls and compliance requirements in the field.
• Provide practical environmental advice to construction teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate environmental inspections, monitoring, audits and reporting.
• Support environmental approvals, risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Build environmental awareness across the project and help drive continuous improvement.
