Job summary

Brennan is seeking a dynamic, customer-facing Managed Services Consultant L1 in Melbourne. You will provide onsite and remote 1st-level support to our clients, handle incidents, and maintain IT environments with a strong focus on service quality.

You will work with the team to resolve issues quickly, document problems, and ensure client satisfaction while adhering to ITIL processes and on-site requirements at least 85% of the time. 2+ years IT experience and Office365 proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years IT experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Office365 and Windows desktop environments.
• Ability to work across teams and on-site at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for service delivery teams and resolve technical issues.
• Provide onsite support at client locations and coordinate with service teams.
• Proactively manage client IT environments and document issues.
• Conduct problem management to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain effective communications with clients and ensure service quality.
