Qualifications

• Experience leading precast installation or site-based teams.
• Ability to read, interpret and work from construction drawings and plans.
• Demonstrated leadership with safety-first on-site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead precast installation crews on site and coordinate safe, efficient project delivery.
• Build a safety-first team culture to improve capability and productivity.
• Attend pre-build planning meetings and site visits to ensure installation readiness.
• Coordinate plant, equipment, panel sequencing, props, and load lists for successful installation.
• Deliver installation targets weekly and monthly in line with schedule, budget and quality.
• Maintain relationships with clients, builders, site teams and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to internal and external requests in a timely, professional manner.
