Golding Contractors seeks an experienced Training Superintendent to lead the site Training Department at the Baralaba Mining Project. This role partners with operational leaders to ensure the workforce is trained, competent and compliant with legislation, client and company requirements.

Reporting to the SHET Manager, you will develop training plans, manage LMS and records, coordinate inductions and drive continuous improvement across site to support safe, efficient operations.

Qualificações

• Experience in mining training and competency requirements.
• Experience managing LMS and training systems.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the site Training Department and oversee all training and competency activities.
• Develop, implement and maintain site training plans and workforce development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with mining legislation, standards and client requirements.
• Manage site training systems, records and competency matrices.
• Coordinate inductions, onboarding programs and refresher training.
• Support supervisors and managers in identifying competency gaps and training needs.
• Conduct training audits and verify compliance with statutory obligations.
• Develop and maintain training packages, procedures and learning materials.
• Liaise with RTOs and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting on training compliance and workforce capability.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practice training outcomes across site.
