Job summary

EnerMech is recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor to work on site in Gladstone. This full-time role reports to the Project Manager and involves coordinating site/workshop activities, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery, and leading a competent team.

Minimum 5 years of supervision experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, or Industrial settings is required, along with a nationally recognised trade qualification and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervision experience in mechanical & engineering scopes in Oil & Gas, Mining, or Industrial environments.
• Nationally recognised trade qualification is required.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with a positive attitude.
• Strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job packs and coordinate site/workshop activities.
• Report to on-site services manager/project manager.
• Negotiate with suppliers and procure materials and services.
• Coordinate site and workshop activities to meet scope.
• Manage processes to ensure time, cost, quality, and scope deliverables.
• Prepare HSE and Quality compliance documentation for on-site/workshop scopes.
• Promote a true safety culture and safety of all personnel on site.
• Make decisions based on knowledge and experience.
• Track workforce hours and productivity.
