Job summary

Morson Edge Australia seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead an industrial construction site in the Gladstone region. The role focuses on early works across civil, earthworks, concrete and structural packages before advancing to subsequent construction phases.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities and drive programme outcomes within a demanding industrial environment, with DIDO/FIFO options possible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Manager or Construction Manager on industrial projects.
• Strong background in civil, structural and concrete works.
• Experience with mining, processing plants, refinery, oil & gas or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities across civil and structural works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, plant, labour and materials.
• Monitor safety, quality and programme performance.
• Work closely with project delivery and client teams.
• Lead site meetings and ensure works meet project requirements.
• Support transitions into subsequent construction phases.
