Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our Gladstone Operations team in a permanent full-time capacity. Based locally in Gladstone, you'll oversee maintenance, shutdown and project-related works across a major processing facility while leading a multidisciplinary crew.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing teams, building client relationships and delivering safe, high-quality outcomes in a local setting with regular Monday-to-Friday work patterns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a trade-based supervisory role within shutdown, maintenance or project environments.
• Experience in heavy industrial sectors such as alumina, minerals processing, chemical, power generation or similar.
• Mechanical Fitter trade qualification is highly regarded.

• Plan and schedule work activities to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
• Allocate resources, equipment and personnel to meet operational requirements.
• Mentor, coach and develop team members while promoting a positive safety culture.

• Identify and resolve technical, operational and resource challenges.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports and project records.

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical Supervisor to join our Gladstone Operations team in a permanent full-time capacity.

Based locally in Gladstone, you'll play a pivotal leadership role overseeing maintenance, shutdown and project-related works across a major industrial processing facility.

Key Responsibilities will include:

What you will bring

• Mechanical Fitter trade qualification highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Sound knowledge of workplace health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
