Job summary
CCTS is seeking a hands-on Level 2 Service Desk Technician to join our Central Coast team in West Gosford. This onsite role covers IT infrastructure and telecommunications, delivering strong customer service while resolving complex issues.
You will manage Microsoft 365, Entra Cloud, network devices, and cloud services, with opportunities to grow across multiple tech domains in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Solid experience with Windows desktop and server systems.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 administration including licensing and Intune.
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID and hybrid environments.
- Experience with ticketing and RMM tools (Datto/Ninja/Manage).
- Ability to work onsite in West Gosford with Australian work rights.
Responsibilities
- Respond to service desk tickets across IT infrastructure and telecoms.
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, user management, and Intune settings.
- Configure Windows Server, Active Directory, and Entra environments.
- Support networking gear and cloud services (AWS, Entra Cloud).
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base.
