UGL is a leader in Australia’s energy transition, delivering large scale solar, wind and battery projects across the country. This HSE Advisor role sits on the Narrogin Wind Farm project with a 10:4 FIFO roster and reports to the site HSE Manager.

You’ll drive safety compliance across civil, erection, electrical and transmission works, supporting frontline teams and maintaining the HSE Management System. Long-term renewables opportunities await.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar HSE Advisor role on solar, wind or BESS construction projects.
• Comfortable working a 10/4 roster.
• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.
• Ability to work autonomously while remaining highly team focused.
• Strong site presence and practical approach to compliance.

Mansioni

• Provide practical, day to day safety support across site activities.
• Support pre starts, toolbox talks and on-site safety conversations.
• Complete regular site walks and inspections to keep standards on track.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations and follow up actions.
• Manage HSE documentation, reporting and compliance with UGL’s HSE Management System.
