Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater Australia invites an experienced HR Advisor to Mt Lyell Project to provide practical, people-focused HR support across a complex mining operation. This residential role includes accommodation and close partnership with site leaders and the regional HR team.

You will drive onboarding/off-boarding quality, manage performance plans, and support talent management, HR systems, and remuneration programs across the site in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as an intermediate HR generalist
• Experience in employee relations, workforce planning and remuneration
• Strong knowledge of HR data management, policy, and procedures

Responsibilities

• Quality assure onboarding and off-boarding processes
• Manage performance management systems and case-manage under-performance
• Contribute to talent management, succession planning and HR systems implementation
• Support training, leadership programs and remuneration data
• Lead HR data, budgeting processes and regional workforce planning
• Engage with operational leaders to deliver practical HR outcomes
