Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Front Office Groups Coordinator to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, delivering exceptional group experiences and acting as the main liaison between groups and resort services.

You will coordinate check-ins, room allocations, and group arrivals, while supporting the front office team and ensuring high service standards. Opera Cloud experience is valued, with incentives and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Experience with Opera Cloud is highly regarded.
• Liaises between the resort and groups to ensure information is shared.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of all Group Functions and related operations.
• Supervise the Front Office team and ensure processes follow procedures.
• Assist in training new front office team members and serve as a role model.
• Provide high-standard service by responding to inquiries and issues promptly.
