Oral Health Victoria (OHV) is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage assets, vehicles and infrastructure for the School Dental Program and other OHV fleets. This onsite role requires attendance five days per week and a current Victorian Driver's Licence.

You will maintain asset records, coordinate servicing, manage repair orders, prepare vehicles for deployment and oversee fleet services and related admin tasks. Strong admin, attention to detail and stakeholder relations are essential.

• Experience with asset and fleet management.
• Strong admin skills and high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate asset and fleet records in the asset management system.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance to minimise disruption to SDP operations.
• Manage repair work orders and contractor relationships with timely completion and documentation.
• Prepare vehicles for deployment, including inspections, cleaning coordination and QA checks.
• Maintain fleet services including fuel, toll and roadside assistance coverage.
• Process traffic infringements and fleet-related admin tasks.
