Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support approximately 250,000–300,000 square feet of laboratory, manufacturing, and testing facilities on site with the client in Redmond, WA.

You will work with Facilities Managers, Engineering and Maintenance teams, client stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to coordinate daily operations and help maintain a safe, efficient, and high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience in facilities.
• Some exposure to finance-related tasks required. Experience with purchase order creation and invoice process preferred.
• Must be self-sufficient and can work independently. Resourceful in seeking clarification when needed.
• Must possess strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience using a CMMS and familiarity with AI-powered tools to support productivity and reporting is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Demonstrated customer service abilities.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor work orders to ensure timely completion and closure.
• Generate, track and analyze work order reports and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to enforce procedures and reporting formats.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns about the site.
• Review work orders, proposals, and files submitted by vendors.
• Conduct site walkthroughs to identify and address issues.
• Assist with basic facility maintenance and workplace setup tasks as needed.
• Follow instructions and ask clarifying questions when needed.
• Address common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
