Job summary

Scenic World is seeking an experienced Event Production Manager to lead the technical production behind an evolving program of events at one of Australia’s iconic visitor attractions in the Blue Mountains. This maternity cover role requires hands-on leadership, strong planning, and a collaborative approach with cross‑team partners to ensure safe, practical and memorable experiences.

Reporting to the Senior Event Manager, you will oversee production from early planning through onsite delivery,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating production & operational delivery of events, including bump in and bump out.
• Strong understanding of event safety, risk management and WHS in live events.
• Highly developed organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and onsite delivery of major events and activations.
• Translate concepts into practical production requirements, timelines & delivery plans.
• Develop and manage production schedules, run sheets, site plans and bump‑in/bump‑out requirements.
• Coordinate event infrastructure, equipment, technical requirements, suppliers and contractors.
