You will manage orders, stock coordination, and communications with sales reps and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate information.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, owning tasks from order creation to post-sale follow-up while upholding our commitment to great service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably wholesale or agricultural settings.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
• Ability to spot opportunities and support sales through service.

Responsabilités

• Build warm relationships with customers across segments.
• Understand customer history, order patterns and needs to identify opportunities.
• Provide updates about seasonal supply and product availability.
• Manage delivery timelines and seasonal constraints.
• Process orders accurately with attention to detail.
• Create and manage orders aligning supply with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales reps for large orders outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal/external sites for timely deliveries.
• Maintain CRM/ERP notes and data accurately.
