Job summary

Boral Limited is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead on-site delivery for key sites within the Silo Upgrade Program. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager in the Assets and Capital Projects team, you will act as the primary representative on construction sites and drive safe, efficient execution.

This hands-on role requires coordinating multi-disciplinary activities, supervising contractors, and ensuring schedules, costs and quality are met while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Must have on-site construction delivery experience on capital projects.
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors across safety, quality, schedule and site performance.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications and scopes, and work with designers, engineers and suppliers to resolve site issues.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across operations, contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based delivery of a project from pre-construction through mobilisation, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Plan and coordinate multi-disciplinary construction activities to meet schedule, cost and quality outcomes.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors daily, resolving issues and enforcing safety requirements.
• Manage schedule coordination, cost and variations, risk and quality control.
• Build strong relationships with site operations, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, defect rectification and handover documentation.
• Support procurement and contract administration from scopes of work to contractor completion.
