Boral is seeking a Project Administrator to support the delivery of AF and ARM capital projects at the Berrima Cement Works. The role focuses on structured documentation, reporting processes and governance alignment, with on-site support during construction and commissioning in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will assist in tracking milestones, managing documentation, procurement tasks, and grant reporting submissions.
The Project Administrator supports the delivery of the Alternative Fuels (AF) and Alternative Raw Materials (ARM) capital projects at Berrima Cement Works by providing administrative, coordination and project controls support to the Senior Project Manager, Project Managers and Construction Managers.
The role is responsible for maintaining structured project documentation, supporting reporting processes, coordinating communication and ensuring alignment between project activities and governance requirements.
In addition, the role supports project controls and grant reporting activities, assisting in tracking progress against project milestones, maintaining supporting documentation, and ensuring reporting is accurate, consistent and audit‑ready.
The role requires a highly organised and proactive individual capable of supporting multi‑discipline project teams in a fast‑paced, site‑based environment, with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to reporting and documentation.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this is a 20 month fixed term contract based on site at New Berrima, NSW.
