Boral Limited is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead on-site delivery for key sites within the Silo Upgrade Program. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager in the Assets and Capital Projects team, the Construction Project Manager leads onsite delivery and acts as Boral's primary representative during construction of key sites in the Silo Upgrade Program.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role: managing contractors and subcontractors, enforcing strict safety and permit-to-work systems, leading toolbox talks, and engaging operations to minimise disruption to production. You'll also support planning, technical coordination and progress reporting with the Capital Projects team. It suits someone comfortable working in a live operational environment.
