Job summary

InSight Systems, Melbourne-based AV solutions provider, seeks an experienced AV Event Technician to join the on-site team at an educational institution in Melbourne's CBD. You will report to the on-site Events Operations Lead and handle technical duties to ensure smooth delivery of various functions and events.

Role requires strong AV event experience, ITIL familiarity, and excellent client communication. On-site role with opportunities for growth and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• AV events experience required or similar in live settings.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with video conference infrastructure and related tech.
• Understanding of ITIL methodologies and service delivery.
• Ability to build effective client relationships and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Undertake event requests and schedule with the Events Operations Lead.
• Provide professional support and proactive client communication.
• Monitor stores and maintain AV equipment and assets.
• Ensure quality standards and KPIs are achieved.
• Attend service calls and carry out maintenance tasks as required.
