The BUSY School is seeking a dedicated Student Support Officer to support engagement, attendance and wellbeing in an online learning environment. You will work closely with students and school staff to remove barriers to education and promote success across Term 1 2027.

The role offers a full-time permanent position, with 52 weeks per year and four weeks annual leave. Commencement is 18 January 2027, with opportunities for professional development and career growth within a purpose-driven

Competenze

• Experience in youth support, education, community services or wellbeing.
• Passion for helping young people achieve positive outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong administrative and data management skills.
• Experience supporting young people facing barriers is valued.
• Current Working with Children Blue Card or ability to obtain.

Mansioni

• Promote student attendance, engagement and participation in online lessons.
