Job summary

The University of Sydney Business School invites applications for two Online Student Experience Advisors to support end-to-end online postgraduate student journeys on the Darlington Campus. The roles require developing and delivering case management, onboarding and proactive retention support for online post-experience postgraduate students. Two full-time, 2-year fixed-term positions with base salary HEO 6: $107,312 p.a.

– $115,686 p.a. + 17% super.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience handling a broad range of enquiries and sensitive matters.
• Ability to develop, deliver and evaluate training programs and student support initiatives.
• Strong data analysis skills to query, validate and interpret data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end online postgraduate student journey by documenting touchpoints and identifying pain points.
• Administer function-specific systems, including records management and dashboards, and provide first-line system support.
• Document data-sharing processes and test changes to ensure data integrity and privacy compliance.
• Prepare data analysis and reporting for steering committees to inform decision-making.
