The University of Tasmania invites applications for three Lecturer positions in Initial Teacher Education in Hobart, Launceston or Burnie. You will design and deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate programs, online and face-to-face, while conducting impactful research aligned with the university's mission.

Seeking candidates with a PhD (or equivalent) and a track record in teaching, curriculum development, and building links with education partners to support system-wide impact

Competenze

• PhD or equivalent with curriculum leadership in primary/secondary education.
• Strong national recognition for research and scholarly writing in Education.
• Experience delivering university-level teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Experience designing curriculum and assessments aligned with learning outcomes.

Mansioni

• Develop, coordinate and teach undergraduate and postgraduate programs in initial teacher education.
• Contribute to innovative curriculum design and learning experiences to support student success.
• Coordinate and provide academic leadership to tutorial staff when required.
• Support the School of Education in achieving strategic objectives and operational duties.
• Undertake high-quality research with national and international visibility to meet performance expectations.
