Job summary

TAB is seeking an Oncourse Customer Service Operator to deliver friendly, accurate and efficient service at racing events. You will help customers enjoy every moment while representing one of Australia’s leading betting brands.

You will provide betting services, product information and support in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate transactions and promoting offers to customers while maintaining compliance and teamwork.
