Slade Pharmacy Mount Kuring-Gai is hiring an Oncology Pharmacist on a full-time 12-month contract, with potential to transition to a permanent role. The role focuses on remote clinical services to NSW hospital outpatient clinics within a specialised oncology team.

You will receive structured training, engage with cancer therapies and develop advanced clinical skills in a supportive environment, with relocation and local responsibilities at Mount Kuring-Gai NSW.

Qualificações

• Valid AHPRA Pharmacist general registration with no restrictions.
• Minimum 2 years pharmacist experience in Australia.
• Australian working rights valid for the duration of the contract.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and organise the supply of cancer therapy for hospital inpatients and day oncology unit patients.
• Develop and utilise your clinical skills to improve the outcome for cancer patients.
• Perform medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation.
• Record clinical interventions.
• Build relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate and counsel staff, patients and allied health professionals.
