Qualifikationen

• Current general AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Permanent Australian working rights.
• Personal Indemnity insurance.
• Oncology experience desirable but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Conducting medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation.
• Dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products.
• Coordinating patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge.
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
• Supporting patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees.
• Educating and advising staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention and the quality use of medicines.
