Anglicare Southern Queensland, Maroochydore, QLD, is seeking an organised Onboarding Coordinator - Out of Home Care to join our Children, Youth & Families team. You will manage onboarding for Youth Workers, assist with recruitment activities, and coordinate from offer to induction and early employment.

Regular travel across the North Coast region is required. The role is full-time (76 hours per fortnight) and offers a supportive, compliant onboarding experience within a values-driven,

Qualificações

• Degree in Social Work, Human Services or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Youth Work or Out of Home Care.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding or workforce coordination.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current Licensed Care Service (LCS) clearance.
• Valid QLD Driver's Licence.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the North Coast region.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding journey from offer through induction and early employment.
• Support recruitment activities including candidate screening and interview participation.
• Ensure onboarding is compliant with child safety requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to prepare new employees for roles.
