Job summary

Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking an organised Onboarding Coordinator - Out of Home Care to join the Children, Youth & Families team. The role supports recruitment activities and coordinates onboarding journeys from offer through to induction across the North Coast region, based in Gympie or Maroochydore with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Human Services or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Youth Work or Out of Home Care.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or workforce coordination.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current Licensed Care Service (LCS) clearance.
• Valid QLD Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding for new Youth Workers from offer to induction.
• Support recruitment activities including candidate screening and interview participation.
• Coordinate onboarding journey across the North Coast region.
• Travel regularly across Gympie and Maroochydore.
